PROCESS OF CUSTOM PRINT REQUEST

STEP 1: Get in touch
  • Send us your detailed request (product, quantity, color…) and your billing and shipping details (name, company, address, VAT number, phone number)
  • Provide us with your logo/design in the required format (ai., pdf.)

STEP 2: Quote and Approval

  • We will send back to you a preview of the final products + the offer. Then you can give us your feedback and we can adjust small changes
  • If you are happy with the offer we can proceed to payment

STEP 3: Confirmation and payment

  • As soon as we receive the amount we will start the production (optional for big production, you can pay 50% in advance and the rest before the end of the production)

STEP 4: Start of the production

  • Printing production and packaging
  • In the end, we arrange the shipping and it’s done! (for clipper lighters, it is not possible to ship to the UK)

LOGO/DESIGN SERVICE

  • To print your logo on one of our articles, the artwork must be provided in a workable format as Ai., Eps., Pdf file.
  • If you have available only the low-quality logo of your company, no worries!
  • We offer as a FREE service that your logo is vectorized to a workable format.
  • Exceptionally if your logo is too complicated or you wish a brand new logo we charge 25€/hour exl. BTW.
